Ferrieres le Dolmen, just outside Lomogne en Quercy, is in the depths of the Lot, Department 46, in the Midi-Pyrenees in the South West of France.
By Air, Rodez (Ryanair) is 1hr from Ferrieres le Dolmen, Toulouse (BA, Easyjet and BMI Baby) is 1hr 15m.
There is a direct train from Paris to both Cahors and Villefrance de Rouergue stations as well as the TGV to Toulouse.
If driving from Britain we are 8 hours from Calais, 5 hours from Paris.
From the cafe in Limogne, head towards Cahors. After a few hunderd metres at the TOTAL petrol station, turn left towards Lalbenque on the D19. After a kilometre you'll see an iron cross on the right and a turning signed Ferrieres Petit, Ferrieres Bas and Ferrieres le Dolmen. Turn right here and follow the road for a kilometre through Ferrières Petit and Ferrières Bas. You'll find Ferrieres le Dolmen at the end of this road, after about a kilometre.
